Making Safety a Priority in Roadway Design

 

IHSDM Technical Support

IHSDM users may request technical support by telephoning the IHSDM Help Line or writing to the IHSDM Support e-mail address. The IHSDM technical support staff works onsite in the Geometric Design Laboratory at the FHWA Turner-Fairbank Highway Research Center. Technical support is free-of-charge to users.

Users may telephone the IHSDM Help Line at (202) 493-3407. The Help Line is monitored during normal business hours on weekdays, except for Federal government holidays.
